CARPET DIEM, the new ART & DESIGN event in Paris.

The first edition of “Carpet Diem” has been held in Paris, 10-12 November 2023, at Espace Commines. This hymn to contemporary textile creation is open to professionals and the general public.

Sixty rugs and tapestries have been presented in the form of a labyrinth designed by scenographer Hervé Sauvage.

Independent artists as well as established brands from 16 different countries revealed their current textile creations, combining various techniques, materials and textures.

Certain exhibiting artists were present to interact with visitors.

A book bringing together all works has been printed for the occasion.
